誰負責上架？貼圖會出現在哪個帳號？Who publishes the stickers?

PHForge 使用其管理的 LINE Creators Market 創作者帳號製作及協助上架。客戶不會因此取得 PHForge 的創作者帳號或管理權。PHForge publishes through its managed LINE Creators Market account. Customers do not receive ownership or control of that creator account.

只有我和家人看得到嗎？Can only my family see it?

貼圖可採不公開搜尋方式上架，但不是私人存取：取得商品連結的人仍可能瀏覽或購買，連結也可能被轉傳。The listing may be hidden from store search, but is not private: anyone with the product link may be able to view or purchase it, and links can be shared.

包含贈送嗎？家人另外購買如何計算？Is one gift included? What about other purchases?

方案包含通過 LINE 審核並上架後，贈送一份貼圖給符合 LINE 贈送條件的指定帳號。其他親友須自行購買；後續貼圖銷售收益依平台規則由 PHForge 收取，不另與客戶分潤。One gift to an eligible designated LINE account is included after approval and publication. Additional family purchases are separate; subsequent store proceeds are received by PHForge under platform rules, without customer revenue sharing.

初稿修改及 LINE 審核怎麼處理？What about revisions and LINE review?

付款確認後開始製作，提供編號初稿供審閱。修改依所選方案額度辦理，PHForge 自身製作錯誤不計入客戶修改額度。LINE 審核結果及時間由平台決定，無法保證通過或指定上架日。Production starts after payment confirmation, followed by a numbered draft for review. Revision limits depend on the selected plan; PHForge production errors are handled separately. LINE controls review decisions and timing.

A-Ke™ 的角色權利屬於誰？Who owns A-Ke™?

A-Ke™（阿刻）是 PHForge 自有角色。訂製或取得含 A-Ke™ 的 LINE 貼圖，不代表取得 A-Ke™ 名稱、造型、角色設計或相關智慧財產權；未經事先書面授權，不得將 A-Ke™ 另作商品、貼圖、品牌識別或商業用途。客戶自有照片及原創素材的既有合法權利仍歸原權利人所有；客戶授權 PHForge 於本訂單必要範圍內製作、上架及依約銷售。A-Ke™ is PHForge's proprietary character. Commissioning or receiving its LINE stickers does not transfer character, name, design or IP rights. Separate merchandise, stickers, branding or commercial use requires prior written permission. Customers retain lawful rights in their original materials and license PHForge to produce, publish and sell the commissioned stickers as agreed.

我的照片及素材如何使用？How are my photos and materials used?

客戶提供的素材用於本次委託製作、校稿與上架所需範圍；未經另外同意，不作為 PHForge 公開宣傳案例。Submitted materials are used to fulfill this commission and publication. PHForge will not use them as public promotional examples without separate consent.
